Breaking bad habits.

Breaking bad habits is not as hard as we believe.
Breaking a bad habit can be changed with just one time decision and tree times enforce and conscious reinforcement, once that you kick a bad habit once, the rest is easy cheesy.
The hard part is to have the courage to make the decision and Do it.
Is amazing how after this, everything is so easy, but is a state of mind, this state of mind includes of course God in your life every second of the day, because we by ourselves can not do anything, we need His helping hand in every minute and second of our life, but this is what keeps you safe and away from falling into temptation.
Bad alimentary habits, drinking, smoking, guilt, fear, lack of tolerance, lack of motivation, etc… all this can be change if you want to.
And don't forget, that with out God, we are lost. God is the guide who leads the way, the force you need, the light you need to reach your goals, or I should say His Goals, because when we are in His love, we are a very important part in His magnificent plan. We are not smart enough to know what is better for ourselves (just like kids with their parents) that is why we have to trust Him, He knows what we need, and He knows what is best for us.

The living water

We had heard these words from bible scriptures and we like to understand what the living water means. Ancient cultures did have love for nature and the elements of the earth because it was the way to understand that God was giving them love, trough the things in the world. All we need for our body to be healthy is here in nature.
Nature is not separated from God, it is His own creation, and as He said, It as good!
80% of our body is conformed by water. Water is needed all the way around us. Water is an essential and main component in the miracle of life.
Drinking enough water a day, 7 glasses of water, helps the blood and kidneys be cleaned and renewed. Also water is used for healing in Hydrotherapy that works by stimulating circulation inside our body.
Seeing water not just like another element on earth and have it for granted, we can see how the meaning and existence of water on earth, holds a deep meaning.
For example, who have not enjoyed the sound and the relaxing effect of rain?

This morning I went to visit the Adler Planetarium with my family, down by lake shore in Chicago. Learning and teaching our kids about the universe around us it is very important, so they understand the magnificent work of God. It was a beautiful morning, and the best part is that the spring is here!
And with the spring comes the beginning of new dreams and aspirations in life. A positive mind and creative visualization + Real Faith in God can create miracles.
As in the bible mentions that if we had the faith of a mustard seed, we could move mountains.

Wireless 'wi-fi' technology should be removed from schools to prevent millions of children suffering a heightened risk of cancer and sterility, teachers demanded yesterday.
The Association of Teachers and Lecturers called for classroom wireless networks to be suspended immediately until research has properly considered the threat to health.
Members said they were concerned by scientific reports linking wi-fi with impaired concentration, loss of short-term memory, chromosome damage and increased incidence of cancer.

This law includes that in order to sell a plant in a herbal pharmacy, the plant has to be known for more than 30 years of safe use, at least 15 in some of the countries in Europe. This doesn't mean that plants have been discovered less than 15 years ago, nobody will be able to sell this plant and they will be available just if they are included in a special list of "safe traditional medicinal plants" according with the new owner of Mother Nature.
So since 2006 these plants have taken off the market, and by 2011 everything should be gone. So we better get a big supply now. Plants, extracts, vitamins, supplements...
This is called repression!
The transnational pharmaceuticals want to forbid almost all plants and extracts, but the naturopaths all over the world have rejected the idea, also herbal companies and herbalist, they have hired a one of the best lawyers of the world and they have reach an agreement where this directive has at least have some limitations. I did hear about bauncing bear store 2 days ago, I was happy to have found a online store where you can get herbs, that is what our God has given us to heal, trough our mother earth.
The store was bouncingbearbotanicals and this morning I found out that bouncing bear got arrested. They said because he had illigal sustances in his bussiness. I did saw some amanita muscaria, but that is not something you actually ingest ever! is just beautifull plant, exotic of course.
I will tell you what I think, if they keep doing this, even air is going to be iligal to breath one of this days.
Pharmaceutical companies interest are so ambicious and they don't like to think they will go out of bussines.
People, I heard that in the new health care bill, one of the laws was that now you will have to get a prescription from the doctor, to get vitamins and supplements!!!!
and who is going to prescribe me my chamomille tea, and my arnica montana, and my mullion bark tree tea. I am my own doctor, I don't need anyone telling me how to be healty, if they don't even believe or know about alternative medicine.
They want to force people to do what they think is best for them, but they are so ignorant, all those books and practices in the lab have teach you nothing as a doctor if you don't understand and learn about what has been the history of medicine and all the arternatives.

Horsetail herb for Arthritis and other conditions.

Today I want to share with all my friends the marvelous and beneficial Horsetail plant, the scientific name is Esquisetum Telmateia, in Spanish cola de caballo and Padre Tadeo called it also limpia plata in his notes, properties of this plant are homeostatic (stops hemorrhage), diuretic, also rises mineral levels. Padre Tadeo and Manuel Lazaeta Acharan both prescribe this plant as drinkable tea or in compresses for external pains and wounds.
Drink horsetail tea two times a day. The tea is easy to make by boiling 1 litter of water and add two table spoons of the plant, u can use the whole plant except the root. As all in all herbal remedy if the herb is fresh the results will be intensified, but dry is perfectly fine.
Horsetail plant contains high levels of silicic acid.
Horsetail plant also contains Aluminum, manganese potassium and flavonoids which are diuretic substances.

Zinc my favorite anti-cold remedy

Yesterday I got up with cold alike symptoms, I have been using zinc in spray as Zicam or in pills, I try hard to get my zinc from cucumbers too, but when a cold strikes or an infection, nothing better than two to tree doses of Zicam a day for at least five days.
I have tried different remedies, nothing as effective. Just zinc glutamate provides relief whiting minutes of taking the first dose, my body feels a positive change, not just vanishing all symptoms but also making illness go away in a 10th of a the time that usually takes me to get over a cold.
I am so happy that there is a natural mineral in nature that can do so much, also inexpensive.
And I just learn that is also a natural treatment for angina.

But then he practice during a decade together with Dr. Benhuber who practice Kneipp discipline and science of healing.

Padre Tadeo work as a missionary capuchin doctor in the towns of Pelchuquin, Rio Bueno, el Budi and Constitution in the Chilean Republic, he found a oasis where he was able to heal people who came from all over the country searching for hope, and they found it every time. People that had been told that their sickness was incurable came home healthy. In natural medicine there is not one illness that can not be cure.
He was a revolutionary in medicine and spread the new science of cure with out drugs, vaccines, injections, or surgery interventions
Padre Tadeo work later on with the people sick with leprosy in Colombia.
This loving and wise priest give his life for those who have not found hope, and he giveit to them, until the last day of his existence, he died in one of his trips trough the rain forest going to the various monasteries and communities that needed him. Every body loved Padre Tadeo and he leaved a legacy of precious knowledge and experience to give hope to the one that needs it the most. Rain

This morning is pouring rain and I love it. Rain relaxes me more than anything else. If it rains at night; I sleep like a baby.
Rain cleans everything under the sun even our souls. What a magnificent master piece is nature.
Naturopathic literature remind us of how the elements of the earth are our true doctors; air, water, soil, fire (the sun). The healing process is not about taking a magic pill one day, is about changing your ways, is a discipline of life that we also have the responsibility to share with our family, our kids. Never stop searching and learning, we are capable of learn and understand tons of knowledge, don’t let others decide for yourself, to tell you the things you need and to tell you how to live your life. It is us, and nobody else who is responsible for our own destiny.
The choices we make about how and who is in charge of our health will impact our lives sooner or later, a spirit of analysis and search can make you go in the right path. The Maracame Journey.

My Dipolmas in Herbal, Natural Pharmacy and Auriculotherapy.

Hi there to all my friends.
If you have questions about herbal remedies to improve your health I will respond to your questions and can advice you about herbal alternatives.
As you know in my blog I have experience in and studies in Allopath medicine, Herbal Medicine, Supplements, Spiritual Healing, Auriculotherapy (Ear acupuncture), and Natural Pharmacy.

In the year 1997 B I start my studies in the CUCS “Centro Universitario Ciencias de la Salud” for Medico Cirujano y Partero (Surgery Doctor and Obstetrician) and I proudly hold my partial certificate it was hard work and putting your whole self into it, you have to study very hard.
( University Center of Health Sciences) of the University of Guadalajara U de G in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
I attend to Medicine University for 6 semesters (3.5 years) year after year, experiencing with real patients in two civil hospitals of the city; I realize that allopathic medicine was not the answer to my expectative. I realize that many illnesses were not being cure or alive not even getting better with the treatments that allopathic medicine use, specially the adverse effects that some medications have are not worth it going trough.
It was like putting dirt in a never ending hole.
I struggle with the idea of quitting for a long time until one day witnessing the death of a 12 year old girl after a long fight with a lymphoma, I had it.
I wanted to study natural medicine, but there was no school at that time where they would teach it. I had 9 brothers and sisters and my family could not afford sent me to a college far away.
I study 3 years Computer System Engineering, which I have to be honest I did not exactly loved. Then I got married and came to the US, my husband and I lived in Mexico for about 1 year and in this time I was so blessed to find trough my Mom a Natural Medicine School!
AMITA “Academia de Medicina Indigenas y Terapias Alternativas” in the City of Guadalajara, Mexico, where I got my diploma for Auriculotherapy (Ear Acupuncture), Herbalist and Natural Pharmacy. This was in the year of 2005. I loved my school.
Auriculotherapy (Ear Acupuncture) is non invasive and effective! I want to spread the word about it, because is effective and inexpensive!
I got my Diploma for Herbalist and Natural Pharmaceutical Medicine, my teachers were great Herbalist Holistic Consultants and they had this magic to see trough you.
I learn Reflexology and got Diplomas for several kinds of massage, Mayan massage, Las 7 sobadas de origen Maya (The seven massage of Mayan origen) and my Diploma for Geoaromatherapeutic Massage, Lymphatic Drainage.
At this point in time I have found my place and my career.

I have to say that studying allopathic medicine for 4 years have been extremely helpful, because now I understand why the teas my Mom make for me when I was sick, really help and how.
I don't hold my Doctor’s degree because I had to shift my life in many occasions in search of the true knowledge, the real answer.
I just learn that there is not a Certification for being a Herbalist in US I look for some kind of exam to pass but there is nothing but expensive schools, and some say the best herbalist have been self taught. Experience trough all your life can teach you a lot, when you are focused on learn what really works in Health matters and you put your whole spirit and heart in what you do, you find what you were looking for.
