Is a windy day here, not yet warm and we are almost in the month of May, I have heard many people complaining of the weather getting worst and worst every year, I wonder if in other places the weather is actually getting nicer and nicer every day? You know, if there is a shift on the planet or on the cosmic energy then should be there some places that actually are getting the benefits of this changes!
Anyway today I am reading The Celestine Vision from the author James Redfield, if you haven’t read it yet, I strongly recommend that you run to find this book or else it will find you, this book contains many of the basis that you and everyone in this planet needs to understand what is going on in the world and the universe, in the universal consciousness. It will help you understand some of the changes in your life, the ones are at times hard to understand, like those changes on your energy levels, or that insomnia, or those beautiful moments of cosmic connection that come at times without explanation, or those weird or vivid dreams making you a prophet, or anything else you have experience especially in the past years.
James Redfield has come up with a new book called the twelve insight which I am getting soon, can’t wait to read it.

Sodium Bicarbonate
My grandma and mom used sodium bicarbonate for so many things, I call it the universal mineral, I have been using sodium bicarbonate to deodorize carpets, to clean and bleach my teeth, to clean my fish tank, instead antiperspirants as deodorant a little pinch, as a buffer for stomach acidity, for asthma: one half spoon in apple juice or orange juice, and now I found out that it also helps to cure cancer! Half spoon in half a glass of water.
Sodium bicarbonate is in our bodies to keep a ph balance, the kidneys are in charge of this process but when in a sick or intoxicated body, this buffer doesn't get to be synthesized, so the acidity in our body produces chronic inflammation, and ulcers and cell alterations, also acidity in your body means more infections and a poor immune system.
So there you go, is not a surprise for me God has given to us all we need, we just need to have faith :)

Lately I have felt there is something in the air and in the world that is different out of the ordinary we have been living on earth for years and years, this time is different, this time the change is global and is cosmic and we need to learn what is going on for us to understand the changes.

Spiritual Healing is going on at light speed and if you are feeling uncomfortable it may be something inside that needs to be fixed don't shut the pain because this is the ring for you to do something about it. The bible has tons of good advice and maybe all the advice you will ever need, but there is nothing bad about research the cientific part of all.

In the past I have mentioned that anti-perspirant can be the cause or important factor in breast cancer, when I read this, it all make sense and I want to share with you this information. Remember that you can use a tiny bit of baking soda and mix it with chamomile or green tea to avoid bad under arm smell without compromise your health.
I look up and there is a lot of info out there some saying that this is not true, to be in the safe side, I like to learn from everyone and everything, I know that our body needs to get ride of toxins and I know that stoping my body from doing this is going to have a negative impact in my health. I want to share with you a really helpful website to make your own natural deodorants.

Human body has a few areas where it can eliminate toxins, behind your knees, behind your ears in the inner groin and underarms.
Toxins are eliminated by Perspiration
