Salt and equilibrium

Many people believe that salt is bad for their bodies, that is NOT true.
I have never been afraid of salt, in medicine school I learn how sodium works linked to potassium in our bodies in balance to keep the right amount of water inside the cell and outside the cells and also if you don't have sodium in the body there is no electrical charge to carry nutrients in you body inside and outside the cell. We already have in our bodies a number of sodium, in a healty body when you ingest sodium you have your kidneys and all the beautifull physiology that our God give us with our body to get ride of excess and keep just what we need.

as you can see what makes our body not healty is the lack of balance, wich most of the time happens either for a fatal accident when losing high amounts of blood or cronic diseases either hereditary or most likely a poor diet high in poisons and a sedentary life style.
Our bodies have originally a process called Homeostasis wich regulates all the processes in our body to keep the required balance.

I was very happy to find out about Dr. David Williams he is editor of the magazine "New Medicine" that I hightly recomend to get because in years I have never read a Doctor that makes more sense and that is for real and kindly shares his knowledge with all of us.

In his Winter 2009 Magazine New Medicine, there is a list of Six Killer Miths, and the one refering to salt ingestion goes like this:

Look, salt is an essential electrolyte. There's just no argument: Your body needs it!
The notion that hypertension is caused vy sodium or salt is a myth. At the most, only 10% of us might be salt-sensitive and could benefit by avoiding salt.
In fact, the latest study (Am J Med 06;119[3]:275) says that people who eat Less salt are More likely to die of heart disease.
I hope that begins to rearrenge your paradigms!
Even if you threw away your salt shaker, it would do you little good because 88.7% of your sodium intake is already food. So break out the popcorn! Fix yourself a big, fat ham sandwich! Pass the nachos! You might live a little longer... and have more fun while you're at it.

Baking soda

Hi everyone! last week I was talking to my mother about her visit to the Doctor's office that is not so frecuent, most of us as woman we don't like to go get check! it is in our nature. Scientist research try to find out why so much mammarian cancer has strike every nation, as a naturalist I go straigh to find the posible causes, if woman in the times of Abraham had this much mammarian cancer Woman would not survive to this century, with out the cirgury and other agresive methods the science has to use when there is nothing else to do. We need to PREVENT!
I have been doing some experiments with myself, we all remember that old remedy that our grandmothers use to get smells out, or clean their theet and even whitening theet...
Well I have been using nothing BUT BAKING SODA! as a deodorant, and so far is been working great!!! there's not floral scent, but neither a bad smell!, I mean odor is gone!, also I am not applying to my skin chemicals that will cloth my pores and stop my skin from breathing, avoid my glands from woking and drain, and the smell is gone, and also I use just a pinch like using powder not even a gram! apply just what stays in your fingers with a pinch for both under arms, Done! chep and safe!
I tell you why I start doing this... because I notice that my skin was changing color, and actually kind of hurt with the regular deodorant, also I thought about all the above and how all this things can contribute to getting mammarian cancer, I am talking about my experience and sharing it with you.
Another thing, and this comes from doctors and scientist, brestfeeding your babies it is good for you and for your child in many ways including avoiding mammarian cancer and give to your child immunity to many things for the rest of their life.
Don't smoke!
Eat healty, raw food the best! (except meats)
bananas and cucumbers are great!
drink lots of water, check that where you live the water quality is good if not get a filter for your home.
And learn about herbal tea's
live happy and close to God and He will take care of YOU.

Natural occurring Tryptophan in Bananas, milk, etc... = Best Antidepressants

Sometimes we believe that the only way to find ourselves healthy is taking all the medicine our Doctors prescribe (I am not saying all medicine is bad) but after research thousands of websites, and worry all the time, get healthy sometimes is so simple is hard to believe.
A recent study in London, find out that Bananas are specially great foods we all know that bananas contain potassium, which is good for your heart and muscles is one of our body's bigest electrolite. I learn that Bananas contain tryptophan this is equal to serotonin, which means that Bananas are the Best Prozac ever, if you suffer from depression or mood swings you need to eat bananas every day and other foods like milk, turkey, peanuts, brown rice, barley, dairy products, fish, beeing addicted to this foods sound better right? :)
Bananas also contain high numbers of vitamin B6 and B12 which helps brain, nerve system. Bananas can avoid brain arteries bleeding and heart attacks.
Bananas are good regulating the temperature in your body.
Bananas help you avoid constipation because it contains a lot of fiber.
Bananas have tree sugars which are good for you and will give you all the energy you need. Also Tryptophan is precursor of B 3 vitamins like niacin, or niacinamide that prevents and cure Alzhaimer.
So now you know, include bananas and all these foods containing tryptophan in your diet and keep yourself in good mood and in mental health with out having to intoxicate your body with pills that do nothing but to kill you or kill yourself sounds terrible but is true!.
God did give us all what we need to heal, but we insist in putting in our bodies unhealthy meals, bananas are sweet I could eat them all day :) lets give it a try.

Tryptophan is an essential Amino Acid. Tryptophan is a naturally occurring amino acid that is found in many foods, most significantly in milk and bananas. This amino acid is essential to the human body for the production of serotonin, a brain chemical necessary for sleep and for mood regulation.

The conversion of L-Tryptophan to serotonin is a two-step process. Natural cure against Cancer

Under the idea "If it doesn't cure it won't hurt me" a lot of people do not like to try natural remedies thinking that they may get more sick, this recipe is so easy and can do no harm,

The recipe goes like this:

1 pound Natural Pure Honey.
2 Big leaves of Aloe Vera (sabila) or 3 small ones.
