Weight loss delicious.

I have been taking a cinnamon tea in the morning and then one at night just half spoon and is working I notice the temp. in the body rises and I would think is the metabolism accelerating a bit is ok outside a little bit of stomach irritation not like burning but I am now taking one cup at night instead two or maybe before meals is better :)
