Grapefruit Diet

Many diets involve a lot of changes in your alimentary habits, and for that reason they became very hard to follow and we end up discorage.
Having for breakfast a whole grapefruit, or the juice of two grapefruits (squished and natural) can improve your body health at once.
Every day before any other breakfast.
In my personal experience after drinking my grapefruit juice in the morning I don't feel hungry and I can go untill lunch time perfectly.
However if you have an Ulcer you have to eat something before the grapefruit.
So there you go just a simple but powerfull way to trigger good health, in an easy and safe way. :) (and forget about this carbs: no pasta! no bread!):P
