Fruit, but not sweet, green butter for all your dishes and could heal a lot of conditions in your body so here it is I introduce you to the Amazing Avocado Fruit.

(bananas are known for beeing the one fruit that contains more potassium)

-K vitamins
They have the highest fiber content of any fruit 75% insoluble fiber and 25% soluble.
A fatty triol that is a fatty alcohol,with one double bond,
- avocadene (16-heptadecene-1,2,4-triol),
is found in avocado and has been tested for anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory
properties related with the curative effects of avocado described for a number of ailments as diarrhea, dysentery, abdominal pains and high blood pressure, joints, muscular pains, constipation.

Chop cilantro, cebolla and add a few drops of lemon and salt, mix it with the avocado and enjoy. You can add choped tomato optional.
