Wii Fit is Great!
Hi there, it's been for ever, I want to give you a good advise specially now that winter is coming, if you can, get the wii fit, it sounds crazy or not very natural right, but in this hecktic world you better start moving at least inside your home, it is a very good helper when talking about excercising and reminding you to keep working out, is great for kids, I rather my kids get into sports and excercise instead violent video games sitting in the sofa all day. I think that after so many video games and stuff in themarket finally nintendo did something really good.

Back to school.
Hi everybody, I am about to start school ...again... I used to live in Mexico I studied 4 years of Halopatic Medicine, then I'd study 2 years of Computer System Enginnering, then 1 year of Natural Medicine, and Massage Therapies and auriculotherapy, but now that I am living in the US I have to go back to school for a while to get my certification from this country and be able to work, I am very exited and very happy, I am a little nervous it's been 4 years since I stop going to school but I know is going to be fine, so this will be the start of a great career with the help of God and I just can wait to reach all those steps in order to reach the goal of healing.
So wish me luck!

Breastfeeding was great, now How do I stop!
Stoping breastfeeding is not as easy as it sounds it can became a real pain, I want to share what I found is good to stop nursing less painfull
Your body will stop producing milk gradually after a few days of not nursing your child,
the first week your breast can get very swollen and painfull so here is some tips that will help you go trought the process with less suffering, and know that there is a pild that your phisician can give you to stop the producction but if you don't want to take halopatic medicine here is some natural sugestions... Also you can take ibuprofen, alive, to reduce pain and swalling.
Sage Tea
Cabage leaves (place them inside bra against breast)
Showers showers showers allows the milk to get out giving relief with out the sucction that can start production again. If your breast is too swollen express some milk out not to much but just with a little bit of pressure with your hand or just by taking a warm shower.
Wear a tight bra that embraces the breast tight and confortable sometimes is good to use it even at night just during the first to third day of stop nursing.
Don't stop drinking water.
It was kind of hard to find in the internet some info about this is not so commun, but maybe someone out there can use this info :)

When using Garlic precautions.
When using garlic, mashed fresh as topical antibiotic, the dosis must be limited to once a day leave it on nail or skin if is for fungi, and then rinse after four hours, apply just once a day, and after tree days, stop one day then start again, do not use garlic for long periods of time in the same skin, Garlic is powerfull antibacterial, and antifungal but sometimes it can irritate skin or even cause blisters when applied a high dose. Try to do not use it in skin that is sensitive or to thin, is fine to use it on skin with more quantities of collageno wich makes it stronger as tip of the fingers, or toes and heels.
Garlic is good in capsules and even raw but overdose can cause vomiting and stomach irritation.
Everything in the right messure is best. :)

Sun Tea and Dried fruits with nuts.
Is not the diet of a squirrell...
Hi there, I am making a little diet here
I found that dried fruit and nuts mix is a great easy way to get lots of protein, vitamins, minerals. when we are in the hurry, they are delicious and you don't need to cook them, cut them just put a bunch in your mouth hahaha, also I am cutting all the bread and pastas.
I am drinking lots of Sun tea, I was not familiar with this kind of tea but last sunday while visiting my in laws they had this jar of tea (you add just water and the tea of your preference mint is delicious but you can do any natural herb you will like add some sugar and)... put it in the light of the Sun since early morning untill Noon, I just loved it, I have always been a lover of Tea and Sun, and Sun Tea is just the drink or my life haha
I recommend it, because the sun energizes your body and arteries and disolve energy clots in the channels and chackras so there you go and easy way to ge some sunshine in your life.
