Osteoporosis.

Do you suffer from Osteoporosis? Lack of sunlight may be the cause. But recent studies have shown that there is another factor in the process of bringing Calcium into your bones, it turns out that we need to ingest foods rich in ferments, like organic yougurt, fermented organic cheese, also organic fermented pickles and sour croute. This foods contain the bacteria that helps our body turn Vitamin K1 into Vitamin K2. So no matter how much Calcium you take is not good for your bones with our sunlight and the Vitamin D and K. So start adding to your diet rich organic fermented foods. Watch a video called The Calcium Paradox all the info is there and talks about how, taking Calcium supplements with out the other ingredients can be even fatal and harmful for your body. Osteoporosis can be related to lack of exposure to sunlight and low vitamin D levels and absence of Vitamin K2 which is only found in fermented produce and this is key vitamin to help bring calcium into your bones. Our body needs the right ingredients to keep homeostasis in our body, means the balance to maintain life working properly. Lacking of the proper form of vitamin D affects the amount of calcium in our blood, muscles and bones. You may ingest calcium and vitamin D, but there is a process inside of body that needs to take place for this vitamin D to go into our blood stream and take calcium into the bones and muscles. When you don’t have enough calcium in bones or muscles, these weaken experiencing fractures and also muscle pain. We need to understand the physiology of vitamin D so we can learn how important it is the exposure to sunlight. To make it simple, when we eat our foods that contain Vitamin D we are taking Ergocalciferol Vitamin D2, for this Vitamin to be useful for your body, the Vitamin D goes into the skin (vitamin Choloecalciferol D3 provitamin). Then, if you expose your skin to Ultraviolet Light from the sun, this one turns into Pre vitamin D3, which turns (isomerizes) into Vitamin D3 and enters (translocates) to the blood stream or circulation. Then our liver converts this vitamins D2 and D3 into a different form of Vitamin D in a storage form, to be used as needed. As you can see there are many things that our body does by itself better known as the Autonomous System but rich in fermented products diet and solar exposure are needed to maintain healthy bones. Our organs and glands will work according to what they sense in our body, if we are not giving our bodies the right nutrients and environment, then our body will start hurting in many ways. So get some sun and eat healthy, prevention is important to be healthy.

Azadirachta indica is the scientific name of the health superstar Neem Tree. I was amazed to learn that the word Neem in Sanskrit means; Perfect, complete and imperishable. One thing I love about natural medicine is that you learn amazing remedies and cures from other cultures which can be very helpful in our modern world. Indian ancestors have been utilizing this tree in many ways, it grows in the tropical areas of India and the people call it The Village Drugstore! You can imagine the amazing miracles that this tree has done for the people that have been using it, from generation to generation. Medicinal Properties: Antiviral, antiseptic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-acid and antifungal. Strengthen the immune system. In other words the properties of the leaves, bark and seeds of this tree are countless, natural antibiotic, antiviral, fever reducer, inflammation reducer, etc… everything you need in one. We are nothing but ants comparing to the space sorrunding us. It may be that for a couple more years we have more severe cold or severe storms of all kinds in some places, we can not for sure know how will affect, but it will.

Nothing that the planet haven't experienced before and probably since man existed on the planet.

Lime Juice Power.

I grew up in Mexico and one thing that was always at hand in the kitchen was limes! Limes are amazingly good immune system boosters, their levels of vitamin C, minerals and detoxify action on your liver from fats; this is why also limes and lemons are great for weight loss. Limes also are a natural antibiotic that help kill bad bacterial that hurts your digestion. Lemon juice helps your body to have an alkaline ph which eliminates infections and in general helps your health. Limeade instead of soda or other sugary drinks are delicious, refreshing and healthy for your family. You can use lime to make marinate steak or even cook some kinds of ground fish like ceviche. Did you know you can cook with lime juice? You can! Fish for example is cooked for the traditional plate called ceviche, you can make ceviche from your favorite fish you just need it fresh and grounded. Also you can make shrimp ceviche, or fish ceviche or a mix of both so you will add the juice of at least 10 limes as many that you can make sure that the fish or shrimp is totally wet and in contact with the lime juice, marinate overnight (refrigerated), then after you can drain that lime juice and add now the juice of 3-4 limes, then you can start adding Mexican Ceviche Beach Front Style. 1 lb of tilapia, bass, red snapper or halibut, or/and shrimp 10-15 limes (lime juice is what will cook your fish so don’t shorten the time to marinate/cook and use enough lime juice to cover all your fish/shrimp.) chopped tomatoes, (fresh) chopped onions, chopped cilantro, chopped oregano chopped jalapeno peppers, salt and pepper, 2 tbs of white vinegar tostadas , place your ceviche on top of the tostada avocado slices! Serve on top of ceviche Tabasco Sauce to add if you like. This is one of my favorite foods when you go to the beach front in Mexico, especially with fresh fish.
