The magic of happy thinking.

There is no better way to keep yourself healthy than release all of the feelings that are negative and keep you from thinking positive to be able to live in a positive way and actually enjoy life. Being hateful, unforgiving or cranky all the time is going to impact your health one way or another, and to heal you have to let go all those feelings, the only way to let them go is to replace them with good thoughts, love, forgiveness and positive thoughts.
Sometimes just pretend we are happy, or pretend we can smile help us to give the first steps into changing our attitude and transform those feelings.
Lets give it a try :)

Indigo Child's Views on How to Save the World !!

The Indigo, Crystal, Rainbow and Star Children

Indigo Children Song

Music helps your health in general.

Erin Pavlina.com why music helps elevate your vibration?
Music is art, is energy and makes your pituitary gland vibrate, and pituitary gland is the gland that truly rules most of the body functions.
Music elevates your spirit, brings back memories, fills up that empty space in your chest, is like the sweet in dessert :)
Sometimes I get so busy with 100 things to do and we forget that we can make the day go by with better quality of mood and efficiency if we spice up our day with some music that you prefer.
Give it a try!

3-D mammograms present new risks for women

The Core Curriculum for Lactation Consultant PracticeI am sharing with you a new article from the Douglas Report that every one should read.
3-D mammograms present new risks for women

There's a new weapon aimed at your boobs, ladies -- a powerful new 3-D mammogram that emits twice the radiation of the traditional screening.

If you didn't have cancer before your exam, you might get it afterwards!

The newly approved machine is called the Selenia Dimensions System, and studies show it increases "accuracy" by 7 percent – but as I've told you before, docs don't need more help spotting tumors.

If the "pink ribbon" campaigns have taught us anything, it's that spotting tumors doesn't save lives -- it just puts millions of women through unnecessary life-altering treatments such as poisonous drugs, toxic chemo, and disfiguring breast-chopping surgeries. (Read more here.)

The new machine won't change that -- it'll make it worse, because increased "accuracy" is just code for increased paychecks, as doctors spot even more harmless tumors to perform unnecessary treatments on.

Some of the risks of these treatments can haunt women for the rest of their lives -- and not just the obvious one, like surgically butchered breasts.

One new study finds that women who survive breast cancer treatments could suffer hip fractures at earlier-than-ever ages.

Researchers made the connection when they found six unusual fracture cases in women in their early 50s – practically kids by today's standards – and all of them just so happened to be breast cancer survivors.

One of the women already had osteoporosis, while the other five had osteopenia, which is a thinning of the bone that isn't quite osteoporosis.

The researchers wrote in Clinical Cancer Research that they believe chemotherapy and common cancer drugs can cause or accelerate bone thinning and weakening -- and say women who've undergone these treatments should have regular bone density tests.

But I've got a better idea: Just skip the mammograms.

Don't waste your time choosing 3-D or 2-D -- only "No-D" will ensure that you don't fall victim to an unnecessary treatment that could ruin your life now... and shatter your bones later.

I'm not done with radiation risks yet. Keep reading...http://douglassreport.com/2010/10/25/breast-cancer-awareness/

Protein? Eggs are best!

I love eggs and even when for a long while media and pharmaceutics and what not have been taking away the credit to eggs, labeling like bad for your heart, that give you colesterol and bla bla bla
Learn about the eggs benefits!
If that was truth me and my 9 brotheres and sisters will be in a big trouble now, because my mom gave to one and each of us two if not tree eggs every moring, hard boil, raw with lime and salt, sunny side up, scramble, scramble with ham, omelet with tomatos, nopales and green beans... etc.
We are healthy people, we grow big and strong, we have strong bones and muscles and we HAVE NO HEART OR COLESTEROL PROBLEMS AT ALL.
I feed my children eggs every day and they are growing big and strong! not just average but better.

Let me share with you this article about eggs from the daily dose

Eggs are healthy after all.

Sounds like someone in Washington has egg on his face. The feds have just completed one of the longest, slowest turnarounds in the history of their mistaken food guidelines.

Oops! Turns out eggs aren't so bad for you after all. That's right! You can even eat the yolks now. (Of course, if you've been listening to me, you never stopped eating them in the first place.)

This isn't the first time U.S. government food advice has been badly wrong, and you can bet the farm it won't be the last.

The change of heart was supposedly based on a new survey that shows eggs now contain 14 percent less cholesterol and 64 percent more vitamin D than found in a similar study conducted in 2002.

Give me a break. Those surveys used eggs from just 12 places around the country. It's such a minor sample that it's bound to differ each time it's run -- and, let's face it, 14 percent isn't exactly a major drop.

It's hardly a study worthy of changing guidelines over -- which should give you a clue about what's really going on here.

You're a first-hand witness to the USDA going into C-Y-A mode. They've finally realized what I've been telling you for years: eggs have virtually no impact on blood cholesterol levels.

Even if you're worried about cholesterol (and you shouldn't be -- but that's another story), cutting out eggs won't make a difference.

Repeated studies have shown that two eggs a day have no impact on blood cholesterol levels, even in people who already have elevated cholesterol.

So whether you like yours fried, boiled, sunny side up, over easy, undercooked or not cooked at all, there's no egg-scuses -- eat your eggs, and eat them often.

Just be sure you get yours fresh from the farm, or at least organic -- because eggs HAVE changed in recent years, just not in the ways the USDA will ever admit.

Factory farms give their chickens worthless feed instead of the grass, bugs, and worms they need to produce good-quality, nutrient-dense eggs.

Hens fed naturally, on the other hand, produce eggs with more omega-3 fatty acids, beta-carotene and vitamins A, D and E.

You might have to shell out more for fresh and organic eggs -- but they're worth the extra scratch.
