Raw Foods (veggies, fruits, nuts)


Our body's health can improve amazingly if we eat raw or almost raw vegetables and fruits is easier for your body to digest and absorb all of the good nutrients because when we cook food for a long time at high temperature the vitamins and minerals are lost.
When we eat raw foods our intestine takes a break of beeing so inflamed and lowers the internal fever.
I know doing this kind of diet can be not so fun for many but doing it even at least for a week every once in a while will improve your health will give your digestive system the break it needs to heal.
