Pesticides in food.

We know that the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables are countless, this foods help us prevent cancer, strength our immune system, balance blood pressure, healthy aging, prevents obesity and helps your hormonal metabolism among other miracles of nature, fruits and vegetables contain minerals and vitamins that come in an especial formula that your body can absorbe immidiatly.

But the use of pesticides have affected this precious gifts from nature, the toxicity of this pesticides can not be good for our health, we need to wash real good every fruit or vegetable we are going to eat or give our families. Knowing this is of huge impact because we can chose the foods that we really need to buy organic and wash this foods really good.
