Eating for Energy.

Raw food in your diet can improve your health amazingly; you can lose weight and feel great! is not just to look good but to feel good, and have a much better quality of life.
One of the best advice to have a healthy body is eating raw food specially vegetables and fruits, I honestly will never recommend meat, maybe fish, in Mexico there is a delicious meal made of shredded fish cooked with the juice of 10 or more lemons, absolutely delicious! I have to give you the recipe:
You pick your fish it has to be like grounded fish, and then you add the limes juice and leave it for about 5 hours, then add chopped tomatoes, onions, salt, and cilantro! And serve it in tostadas or Tostitos, yum! Enjoy.

If you are going to start a diet of raw foods, you should also make sure that the vegetables and fruits you eat are organic or from good producers, also you must wash everything very well.
