Red Beans, Red kidney bean and Pinto beans have lots of antioxidants
Wild blueberry, Blueberry, Blackverry , whole Cranberry, Raspberry and
Strawberries and sweet cherry. Pecans, Black Plum, potatoe, black bean, cooked Artichoke, Dried Prune, apples, and Oregano are great to keep you looking healthy and looking great don't forget to drink lots of water and excersice at least 15 min a day. Add to your diet lots of veggies too.
