One of the problems that keep us gaining weight is the lack of fiber in our diets, so start adding fiber to your diet, a very low calorie diet with mainly vegetables and protein meals will help you get in shape, remember that 5 small meals a day is better than stuff yourself 3 or two times. Portions in this 5 meals should be balanced 40 percent vegetables, 30 or 40 percent protein and the rest grains of good carbs.
