Healing Oceanic waters.Do not drink the sea water, we all know that is very bad, but The Ocean has a magic of itself but did you know that in fact clean sea water also have healing propeties? This is true and is not necesarely magic but science, because of the salty composition submerging and swimming in sea water, it is an amazing antinflammatory remedy and also antibiotic in many cases for external wounds, Clean sea water is great for swelling feet and legs and varicoise veins.
Because inflammation is the #1 cause of begining of illness, sumerging into the ocean can give you great relief.
When I was a kid my parents used to take us to the beach every summer by
Jalisco, Nayarit and Colima Cost in the Pacific Ocean.

It is silly but now my kids sing that song with their cousins in Mexico when we are heading to the beach! It is like living twice the fun!
